We at Mayfield Laboratories recognise our responsibility to help protect the planet and are committed to minimising the impact of our activities on the environment. We will continue to manage the environmental impact of our operations in order to improve our environmental performance.
We will:
- Promote responsibility for the environment within the business and communicate and implement this policy at all levels within the workforce.
- Minimise waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible through reduction, re-use and recycling methods and by adopting policies that minimise waste sent to landfill.
- Reduce the use of energy, water and other resources and improve the efficient use of those resources.
- Comply with all relevant environmental legislation and regulations.
- Manage our business operations to prevent pollution.
- Ensure that our policies and services are developed in a way that is complimentary to this policy.
- Provide appropriate resources to meet the commitments of this policy.
